Hi Everyone. Firstly welcome to the first Autumn edition (okay, the first edition) of Hall’s/O’Reilly’s “What’s Happening”. Here we will keep you up to date on news and, you guessed it, what’s happening around the stores. We hope to be able to let you in on the latest arrivals as well.
New Products in Store
Big news to start the month, was the arrival to all stores of the Browning BLR Black Label Edition in .223 and .308. This handy Take Down version of the very popular centre-fire lever-action rifle is perfect for carrying in compact spaces and versatile enough for any application. At the special discounted price of $900 off recommended retail, this gun is well worth checking out. Add to that, a red dot sight, and put one of the factory side-rails to use by mounting a Hawke light/laser combo and this little beauty becomes a must have for many utes and quads around this great land. Yes I said laser, its the rig in the picture above, for just $2150 on the .308.
Duck Season 2018
Victoria’s Duck Season kick’s off this month and the crew at O’Reilly’s are stocked up and ready to help out with your requirements. Check in store for specials.
Northern News
Both Rocky and Townsville stores are expecting fresh supplies of Dan Repacholi and Tiger Shark projectiles in the coming weeks. Check your supplies so your are ready to grab everything needed to make your favourite bullet recipe.
Last Word
Hope everyone is preparing to support the Australian Team for the Commonwealth Games next month. It would be great to see them perform at home, because Australian Shooters have been performing well all over the world in recent months. Great excuse to plan a trip to the Gold Coast, or anywhere else in Australia if crowds aren’t your thing.
Finally, a reminder for the .223 shooters. Winchester Super X 55 grain ammo is racing out the door of all our stores. Our price of $135.00 for 200 rounds is a bargain, so don’t delay because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Cheers and Happy Shooting.
